THE SPECTRUM GENERATIONS PROGRAM The Spectrum Generation program is designed for young girls and boys (ages 9-17) and young adults. During the course of the Spectrum Generations Program, a JHBALS people expert will assist your son and/or daughter with their maturation process. One-on-one sessions or small group meetings are held for the purpose of preparing young people to assume their position in today's society. Emphasis is placed on developing effective communication skills by matching young adults and children with professional, well-seasoned adults and seniors.
